This site is operated by FREESEXFINDER.ORG. Once you use and or register to FREESEXFINDER.ORG service (the “Service”) you agree to the following Terms Of Use. These terms of use constitute a binding agreement between you and FREESEXFINDER.ORG with respect to your use of the Service. In order to use FREESEXFINDER.ORG you (“Member”, “User”, “You”, “Your”) must agree and to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use you should leave FREESEXFINDER.ORG and discontinue the use of the Service immediately. Parties to This Agreement And Consideration

Usage of the Service
You agree that using the service is subject to these Terms of Use and any limitation, rules, conditions and restrictions as may be decided by FREESEXFINDER.ORG from time to time, in our sole discretion. Intellectual Property Rights in FREESEXFINDER.ORG and technical use of the Service

FREESEXFINDER.ORG Registration
a. You may become a member of FREESEXFINDER.ORG by completing our registration form.
b. Once we process and approve this form by email you become a member of FREESEXFINDER.ORG.
c. You must promptly inform FREESEXFINDER.ORG of all changes to the registration data, including, but not limited to, changes in your address.
d. Providing in accurate or false information may cause FREESEXFINDER.ORG to suspend or terminate your account and refuse your current or future use of FREESEXFINDER.ORG.
e. You certify that choosing a username you will not choose a name which falsely represents you as somebody else or a name which may otherwise be in violation of the rights of a third party.
Member Account and Conduct
FREESEXFINDER.ORG doesn’t charge any fees, registration is free of charge, no financial data needed. Our partner websites may however charge a fee for a subscription to their website which is not operated or owned by FREESEXFINDER.ORG
Acknowledgement of Sexual Content
You hereby acknowledge that the Content made available at, in, through and in association with FREESEXFINDER.ORG, includes explicit visual, and/or textual depictions of nudity and sexual activities, that You are not offended by such materials, and that by agreeing to these terms and conditions You are warranting to the Company that You are intentionally and knowingly seeking access to such explicit sexual materials for Your own personal viewing.
Genuine Profiles
Please be advised that our members are allowed to upload pictures of themselves. As FREESEXFINDER.ORG does not conduct member background screening this could mean that a person appearing in a photograph might not be the actual member being portrayed on the profile page. Always exercise caution when meeting up with members as they might not be who they say they are. Some profile data is for illustrative purposes only.
Member Disputes
You are solely responsible for your interactions with our other members. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members.
Security
Access to your user account with us and the material available to registered users on FREESEXFINDER.ORG will be gained by using the screen-name or email address and the password selected by you or provided to you during the registration procedure. You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and proper use of your login details and account and for restricting access to your computer and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. In order to assist us with our security policy, you should not leave your computer terminal unattended while you are logged on to FREESEXFINDER.ORG and should ensure that it is switched off each time you have finished.
You must tell us immediately if you believe that an unauthorized person knows your login details or has access to your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your account if we suspect an unauthorized person is attempting to access it.
Our Responsibilities

Indemnity.
You agree to indemnify and hold FREESEXFINDER.ORG, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, service providers, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
